When registering, including when logging in via Google OAuth, you are required to provide truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of Content

Some of the content available on AudioStream is protected by copyright. By accessing these products, you are granted a license for personal, non-commercial listening. You may not redistribute, copy, or modify protected content in accordance with the license that is listed for each product. Each product has its own license type.

4. Payment Terms

Purchase of premium plans or specific titles is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change subscription or service prices, and existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.
